Title: Business Analyst Location: Richmond VA Work Arrangement: Hybrid Interview: Either web cam or In Person Duration: Long Term Exp: 13+ Must Have State Govt Exp and Locals are highly applicable Share resumes at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC Required: Experience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systems Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methods Assisting in STARLIMS configuration validation,test case development, and quality assurance activities Creating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs Eliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshops Analyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs,provide updates, and manage expectations Analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and user stories Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills Experience with software products including Word, Excel, Visio, and DevOps **Experience with Starlims LPH preferred**
