If you excel at converting complex business needs into clear, testable requirements — this role is for you! 🇬🇧💻 ✨ Shape end-to-end service ecosystems and drive measurable operational improvements. ⸻ 📌 Job Title: Business Analyst (ServiceNow & Integrations) 📝 Employment Type: 12-month Contract 👤 Reports to: IT Delivery – BA / Product Leadership 📍 Location: United Kingdom ⸻ 📝 ROLE OVERVIEW Lead end-to-end business analysis across ServiceNow (ITSM/CSM) and integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud, Azure DevOps, P2 Central, P2 Store & Qbyte.
