💰 Pay Rate: ($85 – $95)/hour
🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in #Identity & #AccessManagement (#IAM) and #SingleSign-On (#SSO).
In this role, you will lead #businessanalysis activities, gather and document requirements, and support #enterprise-level #identity and #access solutions in a secure and compliant environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
▪️ Lead business analysis to identify client needs and define IAM/SSO solutions
▪️ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
▪️ Model business processes, #dataflows, and use cases
▪️ Support IAM initiatives including authentication, authorization, and identity verification
▪️ Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
▪️ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report to leadership
▪️ Support testing by validating requirements and test cases
✅ Required Skills & Experience
▪️ 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
▪️ Strong experience in #IAM, #SSO, and identity verification solutions
▪️ Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation
▪️ Experience with tools and techniques such as #JAD sessions, use case #modeling, and #data modeling
▪️ Strong understanding of business case development, #UIdesign, and process flows
▪️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have
▪️ Experience working with IAM platforms like #Okta or #Microsoft #EntraID
▪️ Experience in #publicsector or OPS environments
▪️ Knowledge of #AODA and related compliance standards
