Business Analyst - 1 post Responsibilities: ✅ Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making. ✅ Evaluate hospital operations and recommend process improvements. ✅ Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management. ✅ Work closely with departments to identify business needs and translate them into technical or operational requirements. ✅ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives. ✅ Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. ✅ Assist in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Requirements: 💠 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 💠 Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare, hospital, or service industry. 💠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 💠 Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). 💠 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
