Business Data Analyst W2 12 months, Maryland USA  Client INFOSYS Pay Rate $46hr Visa - OPT Qualification:  The ideal candidate is intellectually curious with strong data and business analysis experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Background or experience within broader Financial Services and related industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data Proficiency with data analysis tools/software, including SQL Responsibilities: This role partners with business and technology teams to define consumer needs, translate them into clear data product requirements, and support delivery of data products Analyse and document complex data product requirements, including data modeling and gap analysis Design foundational data products within the Data Product Framework with consumers, tech partners, and governance Partner with the Data Product Owner to gather, prioritize, and manage requirements; ensure clear documentation and sign-off Collaborate across stakeholders to drive delivery from concept through launch and ongoing support; assist PMs with planning and execution Champion user-centric design to support adoption and strong user experience Identify risks/dependencies and drive mitigation to ensure successful delivery DM me or Mail your resume to me [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
