📢 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈: 𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 (Manpower & Projects) We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in manpower services and project-based hiring. 🌟𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ‣ Develop and expand business in manpower supply and outsourcing ‣ Source and manage manpower for project-based and long-term contracts ‣ Identify and secure new business opportunities, especially in construction projects ‣ Handle client relationships and ensure smooth project execution ‣ Manage end-to-end outsourcing and manpower deployment Requirements: ‣ 4–5 years of relevant experience in manpower services or outsourcing ‣ Proven experience in project-based manpower hiring and contract acquisition ‣ Strong knowledge of construction project outsourcing and handling ‣ Excellent communication and negotiation skills Additional Criteria: ‣ Candidate must be currently available in Dammam ‣ Immediate transfer of sponsorship required ‣ Preference for Indian candidates (Kerala or South India region) If you meet the above criteria and are ready to join immediately, please apply with your updated CV.
