What I'm looking for: • 3+ years in BI, analytics, or network operations analysis • Strong Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) • Solid SQL • Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas, data cleaning) • English B2/C1 (you'll present to US stakeholders regularly) Nice to have: experience with churn / NPS / customer health metrics, AI-assisted tools (Claude, Chat GPT), telematics or SaaS background. 🏠 100% remote from anywhere in Colombia. 📊 You'll own dashboards end-to-end, from metric definition to delivery. 🤝 Small team, direct access to leadership, real ownership from day one.
