FREELANCE SENIOR CHARACTER ANIMATOR FREELANCE FOR PREVIZ ANIMATION Starting week commencing 23rd February – 5 days & potentially revisions of 2-3 days the week after (TBC) Remote assignment for UK based artists only ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced character animator, preferably with experience of animating large birds, to create previz for a sequence in an animated feature film. This is mean to very rough blocking out of where the bird where will be in each shot. It is not meant to be refined animation at this stage and we will focus on 4 'hero'. shots more than we focus on others. The sequence of approximately 10 shots involves of a vulture flying, landing and at rest. There are also out of focus shots of it eating a carcass and then shots of it dying having been shot. We will provide camera tracks and layout of each shot / scene to show placement of the bird in each. We will have detailed briefing notes from the Director and Editor, storyboards, a completed edit of sequence and the final script pages to share if needed.
