Chinese-English Social Media Content Creator

Social Media Content Creator (Full-time | Chinese & English speaking) Work closely with and report directly to the Marketing Manager. Execute Social Media Marketing plans as assigned by Management and the CEO. Manage social media channels, including replying to comments and responding to messages. After a 2-month probation period, may begin proposing content and social media plans aligned with the company’s direction. Demonstrate strong, creative, and professional video editing skills. Demonstrate professional-level filming skills using an iPhone. (Note: Support from one designated freelancer will be provided for tasks requiring a higher level of technical or professional expertise.) Demonstrate professional design skills using Canva for social media and video content. (More advanced or high-investment design work will be assigned to freelancers designated by HR.) Support filming during workshops/events (may involve working outside regular working hours). The number of workshops and events will not exceed two (2) per month. Assist with event/workshop-related logistics, including coordination with volunteers and supporting volunteer deployment as assigned by HR.
