Chinese-English Subtitler

I’ll be on holiday in March and will need a Chinese–English subtitler to cover for me on a large potential AVT project. Can anyone recommend a reliable Chinese-English audiovisual translator, please? 🇺🇸🇨🇳 It needs to be someone who's qualified and experienced (not translators with only an HSK 4 and who've never used subtitling software, please).
