Language:Fluent in Chinese and English
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
[Responsibilities]
1. Familiar with international trade and logistics processes and related laws and regulations;
2. Familiar with foreign trade-related documents, such as invoices, shipping documents, packing lists, etc.;
3. Responsible for on-site document and oral translation work;
4. Responsible for accompanying translation for overseas affairs;
5. Responsible for handling client emails and messages, as well as the English translation of company-related documents, contracts, and external communications;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
[Requirements]
1. Proficient in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; skilled in Chinese-English interpretation and translation; possesses fluent, accurate, and natural English expression abilities.
2. Proficient in using translation aids such as CAT; skilled in using Microsoft Office software(Word,Excel,PPT); possesses basic document formatting and data processing skills.
3. Strong learning ability; able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills; stays informed about industry trends and terminology updates.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedicated work ethic.
