​Job Title: Freelance Chinese-English Translator (Mechanical/Automation) – Opportunity for Full-Time Sales/Engineer ​Location: Mainly based in Gujarat (Frequent travel to Hyderabad, New Delhi, and other cities). Work Type: Freelance/Contract (On-site), with a clear path to Full-Time. As our business and operations in India continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic, technically-minded Chinese-English translator to join our on-site team. About the Role: This position starts as a project-based freelance role paid by the day. However, we are looking for long-term talent. Outstanding candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude during the installation phase will be offered a highly rewarding full-time position as a Sales Representative or After-Sales Engineer (Expected full-time salary: ₹60,000 - ₹85,000/month + incentives). ​Key Responsibilities: ​Business Negotiations: Accompany our Chinese executives during business meetings with Indian clients, ensuring accurate and smooth consecutive interpretation. ​On-Site Technical Support: Work closely with Chinese engineers on the factory floor, facilitating communication with local staff during the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and automated production lines. ​Business Travel: Travel across India (e.g., Gujarat, Hyderabad, New Delhi) alongside our technical and business teams as project demands arise. ​Requirements: ​Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing). Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is highly preferred. ​Technical Interest: Familiarity with mechanical engineering, hardware manufacturing, or automation equipment is a strong plus. ​Work Environment: Willingness to travel frequently and work hands-on in a factory environment.
