Hiring！！！！ ✨Position Title: Brazil Project Integrated Support Specialist (Chinese–Portuguese Bilingual) Work Location: Brazil Employment Type: Full-time 1. Job Responsibilities ✅ Business Language Support • Provide Chinese–Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese) bidirectional written and verbal translation, including but not limited to: business emails, contract terms, PPT materials, meeting minutes, client negotiations, and simultaneous or consecutive interpretation for online/offline meetings. • Assist in the localization of external documents, such as policy explanations, FAQs, and marketing materials. ✅ Brazil Market Project Support • Support the business team in market research, client visits, and partner engagement during the early-stage market expansion process. • Organize and archive project progress materials and help establish a localized knowledge base. ✅ Human Resources Coordination Support (Limited involvement in early stage) • Coordinate with local recruitment processes in Brazil, including job postings, initial resume screening, interview scheduling, and background check coordination. • Manage employee attendance data coordination and report anomalies (not responsible for payroll calculation or payment). • Assist with onboarding support for expatriate employees in Brazil, including visa documentation preparation and local policy consultation. ✅ Office Administrative Support • Coordinate local office resources such as workspace, equipment, travel arrangements, and vendor management. • Handle daily administrative tasks including courier management, visitor reception, inventory management, and preliminary expense reimbursement review. 2. Job Requirements Mandatory Requirements: • Fluent Mandarin and strong Chinese–Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese) communication skills, both spoken and written (language proficiency assessment required). • Willing to relocate and work in Brazil long-term (company will provide expatriate agreement, accommodation support, insurance, and home leave benefits). • Strong learning ability, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): • Open to all industries; experience in cross-border e-commerce, new energy, automotive, or technology sectors is a plus. • Holding CELPE-Bras, CAPLE, CATTI Portuguese translation certificate, or equivalent Portuguese proficiency is preferred. • Overseas study or living experience, and familiarity with Brazilian culture and business practices. • English can be used as an auxiliary working language. 3.
