Requirements
✏️ Bachelor’s degree or above; advanced Thai proficiency (TPA T-Test T4 / CU-TFL advanced or equivalent); English proficiency equivalent to CET-6.
✏️ Proficient in Chinese and able to use it as a working language.
✏️ Familiarity with target market users and cultural sensitivities.
✏️ Understanding of the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
✏️ Responsible for Thai localization across projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of Thai-localized content.
✏️ Monitor online and community feedback, and, based on an understanding of local culture, follow up on and resolve Thai-related issues.
✏️ Assist in managing Thai localization resources, such as style guides and terminology/glossaries, ensuring these resources are continuously updated and optimized.
Preferred:
✏️ Prior game localization experience is a plus (including internships, translation projects, or personal game translation work).
✏️ Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, SmartCat, Phrase).
✏️ Experience in the gaming industry is preferred; candidates who are passionate about games and highly interested in game localization are especially welcome.
