Freelance Civils Project Manager – Pricing & Delivery 📍 South East / Site Based 💰 Competitive Day Rate (CIS £550-£600 per day) We are looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to join our team on a freelance basis, responsible for both pricing works and delivering civil engineering projects from start to finish. This role requires someone with strong commercial awareness and operational experience, capable of managing projects from initial pricing and scope definition through to successful on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Price new works, variations and additional project packages Prepare estimates, budgets and cost forecasts Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Work closely with the commercial team to manage project margins and profitability Manage and agree variations and change control with clients Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal teams Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure Experience with pricing works, estimating or managing variations Background in sectors such as groundworks, highways, drainage, utilities or infrastructure Strong leadership, organisational and commercial skills Qualifications (Preferred) Degree or HND in Civil Engineering / Construction Management SMSTS and CSCS If you're an experienced Civils PM who can both price and deliver projects, we’d be keen to hear from you. 📧 [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] ☎️ 07856 926 039 #projectmanager #aviation #buildings #eastsussex
