🔹 Job Requirements
* IT background (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
* Professional working proficiency in English (Mandatory)
* Professional working proficiency in French (Mandatory)
* Knowledge of Virtualization & Cloud Technologies (certifications are a plus)
* Knowledge of CCNA (certification is a plus)
* Linux knowledge is a plus
* 0–3 years of experience
* Service Operations experience is a plus
