🚨 Freelance Content Creator Lead | Beauty / Skincare 🚨 We’re supporting a major UK beauty brand as they continue a bold repositioning journey, from everyday staple to premium, cult‑beauty player. They’re now hiring a hands‑on Content Creator Lead: a true hybrid between creator and social media manager. This is not a drop‑in freelance role - it’s fully embedded within the brand team, influencing planning, execution, and day‑to‑day channel performance. ✅£210.00 per day, outside IR35 ✅Contract until the end of 2026 ✅1 day per week onsite in South London The Role: You’ll sit inside the brand team, owning content end‑to‑end: • Creating, shooting, and editing TikTok & Instagram Reels • Contributing to ideation, trend review, and weekly planning • Scheduling and posting content (light channel management) • Capturing real‑time content at shoots, events, and activations • Helping ensure everything feels elevated, premium, and on‑brand You'll need: • Proven beauty or skincare experience (brand or agency side) • Strong TikTok + Reels creation skills • Comfortable working in‑house within a brand team • Excellent aesthetic judgement (premium beauty cues are key) • Confident advising on whether content feels “premium” or not Reach me easily with your CV/portfolio on [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]!
