Content Creator

We’re looking for a London-based freelance content creator to support a premium grooming brand across multiple locations. This is a monthly retainer role (£2.5k/month), starting May 2026, combining regular on-site content creation with social media management. There is scope for this role to expand across additional brands over time. About the role This role is about more than just creating content. It’s about maintaining a premium, consistent brand presence across multiple locations. With 20+ locations, this is not a one-day shoot-and-schedule setup. We’re looking for someone who can be present across the business, capturing content continuously and keeping the brand feeling fresh and relevant. You will act as our eyes and ears on the ground, identifying content opportunities and ensuring everything reflects a high standard of quality and consistency. What you’ll be responsible for On-site content creation (London-based) Visiting locations across London on a rotating basis Capturing high-quality photography and videography in a live barbershop environment Filming hair transformations, client experience, and shop atmosphere Capturing key moments, including services, promotions, product launches, and shop openings Content production Editing short-form video for social Producing clean, premium photography for social and wider use Maintaining a consistent visual identity Social media management Managing Instagram and Facebook Posting consistently (3–5 times per week) Writing captions aligned with brand tone Managing comments, messages, and engagement Content planning and consistency Building a monthly content calendar Developing repeatable content formats Ensuring consistency across locations Collaboration Working closely with our Meta Ads specialist to ensure content used in paid campaigns is on-brand and high-quality Scope Typically 3–4 on-site content days per month, spread across London locations Locations are visited on a rotating basis, with content captured throughout the month rather than in a single batch Ongoing content creation, editing, and social media management What we’re looking for Strong portfolio within grooming, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands Strong skills in both photography and videography Clear sense of visual taste and brand standards Confident shooting in live environments Strong understanding of social content Highly organised and able to manage multiple locations Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently London-based with flexibility to travel Equipment Must have your own camera or iPhone setup and editing workflow This is not A full marketing role Paid ads or email marketing High-end production shoots We’re looking for someone consistent, detail-focused, and able to deliver content that reflects a premium brand standard.
