Content Creator (Photo & Video)

We are hiring a Content Creator (Photo & Video) to lead visual storytelling for our organizational activities and brand communications. Content Creator (Photo & Video) | Full-Time Location: Purana Paltan, Dhaka Workplace: On-site + Field Visits (If Required) Salary: Negotiable 🔹 Role Summary The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that reflects our impact, maintains brand consistency, and supports stakeholder communications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Content Planning: Develop monthly social media content plans (impact stories, awareness campaigns, events). Create shot lists, scripts, and storyboards for short-form videos and program coverage. Photo & Video Production: Capture field activities, events, interviews, testimonials, and office updates. Ensure proper framing, lighting, sound quality, and brand alignment. Post-Production: Edit videos for Facebook/Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content. Create platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Add Bangla/English subtitles, basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design. Documentation & Archiving: Maintain an organized media library (Google Drive/OneDrive) with proper tagging. Prepare photo/video sets for project reports and stakeholder updates. Collaboration Work closely with the Social Media Handler and Creative Designer for campaigns. Coordinate with Program/Field teams regarding schedules and permissions. Quality & Compliance: Ensure respectful and ethical content (consent, dignity, child safety). Maintain brand tone, factual accuracy, and responsible impact storytelling. 🔹 Requirements (Must Have) Proven experience creating photo/video content for brands, NGOs, or organization projects. Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve). Ability to shoot using DSLR/Mirrorless camera or high-quality mobile setup with gimbal. Strong understanding of short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts) and content structure. Basic knowledge of lighting setup and audio handling (lav mic, ambient sound control). 🔹 Preferred Qualifications On-camera confidence (host-style content, vox-pop, interviews). Motion graphics skills (After Effects) and strong thumbnail design sense.
