Content Manager

We’re Hiring: Content Manager (NOT a Content Writer Role) | Remote | Full-Time - Night shift in India (9AM - 5PM EST/6.30PM-2.30AM IST) We’re not looking for just a writer. We’re looking for a Content Manager who understands content across platforms — someone who can take an idea and turn it into impactful content across Instagram, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. If you’ve only worked on writing — this role is not for you. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: Handling clients directly for all content-related communication Sharing content ideas, strategies, and creative direction Planning and managing weekly/monthly content calendars Coordinating with designers, video editors, and writers Overseeing execution of posts, reels, and videos across platforms Reviewing and approving content before publishing Managing feedback, revisions, and timelines Ensuring smooth execution (no last-minute chaos 😄) 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in multi-platform content (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Confident in client communication & ownership Ability to manage a creative team independently Understanding of what works in short-form & social media content Someone who thinks beyond posting — focuses on strategy & impact Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously 📌 Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in content, social media, or agency roles Hands-on experience in content creation + content management Prior client handling experience is a strong plus 💬 Important: This is not a basic coordination or content writing role.
