🚀 We Are Hiring – Content Manager ✍️🎯 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience (including formats and distribution channels) • Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats: blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc. • Manage content assets, ensuring proper organization, accuracy, and up-to-date information • Oversee execution of projects, campaigns, and video/audio production for internal stakeholders • Collaborate closely with different departments and teams • Assign and coordinate tasks for SMM team and designers • Supervise content production (TVC, social media posts, reels, TikTok, etc.) • Ensure creation of SEO-friendly content for the website • Manage SEO optimization, including meta tags (title, description, keywords) 🔹 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role in marketing communications • Portfolio (video or blog content is a plus) • Excellent Azerbaijani grammar; Russian and English are an advantage • Strong presentation skills • Ability to create both short creative texts and long-form content • Analytical skills to evaluate content performance and engagement • Strong written communication skills 🔹 Working Conditions 💰 Salary: 1200–1500 AZN 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (09:00 – 18:00) 📅 Days off: Saturday & Sunday 📩 Apply now: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
