If you enjoy brainstorming, understanding audience behavior, and creating content that actually performs — this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Generate fresh content ideas, hooks, and campaign concepts Write engaging scripts, posts, and marketing content Convert ideas into clear, actionable execution plans Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in content writing / script writing with strong ideation exposure Pure ideation ability — not just execution Strong thinking frameworks to structure ideas Deep understanding of audience psychology Ability to balance creativity with strategy Good awareness of current trends (especially in marketing/content) Fast thinker who can generate ideas quickly Strong execution mindset (turn ideas into actionable plans) Experience with the US market is a plus Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night shift in India) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred If you can think beyond the obvious and create ideas that drive results, we’d love to connect.
