🚨 Now Hiring: Contract Recruiter (Warehouse) 🚨  Location: Columbus, Ohio 🕒 Schedule: Mon–Thurs onsite | Remote Fridays 💲 Pay: $32–37/hr 📅 Start: Mid-April (with overlap training before leave begins) ⏳ Duration: 8 -10+ weeks (maternity leave coverage, potential extension) We’re partnering with a top client on an exciting contract opportunity for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs! ✨ Why this role? • Immediate impact on critical hiring needs • Brand new, state-of-the-art office • Collaborative, fast-paced team • Growing and thriving organization 🔎 What you’ll do: • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt roles (warehouse, pick/pack, shipping/receiving, etc.) • Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines • Source candidates through multiple channels and build strong pipelines • Screen/interview candidates and coordinate hiring processes • Maintain a great candidate experience from start to finish • Track activity in ATS and meet key hiring metrics 👤 What we’re looking for: • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (warehouse/light industrial preferred) • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and organization skills • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset 📩 Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
