Conversational UX Designer

C.odesky is hiring (but you get to work with the Nayax's CX Team): Freelance Conversational UX Designer (Fintech) 🤖💳 Codesky is looking for a freelance Conversational Designer to build the "brain" and logic behind their team of global AI agent. This is a pure UX and flow architecture role, not visual UI or screen design. The details: ·       You will map out complex decision trees and flows in FigJam, including happy paths and edge cases. ·       Your tasks and deliverables will be managed by Codesky, that is the AI UX Strategy owner of this project, while your freelancer’s contract would be directly with the client. For some tasks and deliverables, you may communicate directly with the client’s Customer Experience Director. ·       You will turn business goals into human-like conversations for users worldwide. ·       This is a long-term freelance retainer with weekly milestones. ·       Bilingual, native-level or proficient in English (capable of writing clear, empathetic, and nuanced dialogue for AI agents). ·       You are based outside of Israel with a reasonable hour gap. ·       Bonus points if you also speak Hebrew.
