The WFH jobs are as below:- 1.    Tech Mahindra. · Designation- · Customer Support Associate. · Job Profile- · Have to resolve customers query Voice Call · System requirements · i5 7th Generation or Ryzen 5 7th Generation · 10 GB RAM or above · Windows 10 or above · min 20/mbps net speed · Mandatory Criteria- · Minimum HS · Both fresher & experienced can apply · Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process · Customer Orientation. · Rotational Shift , 10 hours of the day,( 9 hrs. work and 1-hour break) · No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining · 5 Days working 2 days rotational week off · Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy · Interview Structure- · HR round - General check. · Typing Test · OPS round General Check · Voice Versant (V4 and above) · Client Round Video Call · Payouts · 12.5k - 14.1k in hand 2.    Teleperformance Job description/ Roles and Responsibilities · Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism. · Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company. · Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. · Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints effectively. · Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, etc. Desired Candidate Profile ·      1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (blended process preferred). ·      Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken). ·      Ability to work on Semi Voice processes or International Chat Processes. ·      Experience in Voice Process/Voice Support/Customer Support/Customer Service/Customer Care roles. · Salary: - 2-2.5 Lacs P.A.
