We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to strengthen enterprise security posture by designing and implementing robust application and cloud security solutions.

💼 Role Overview
This role focuses on application-level security, threat modeling, and Azure cloud security, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise architecture strategies. You will work closely with development, cloud, and business teams to identify risks and drive remediation.
🔐 Key Responsibilities
Application Security
Deploy and manage application security tools and frameworks
Identify, analyze, and document application vulnerabilities
Collaborate with development teams to remediate security risks
Support secure SDLC practices and secure design implementations
Provide training and awareness on application security
Monitor and secure applications hosted in Microsoft Azure
Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Secure Profiling & Threat Modeling
Perform threat modeling using STRIDE, C4, and MITRE methodologies
Create data flow diagrams and threat models for critical systems
Provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation
Track remediation efforts and ensure closure
Identity & Access Architecture
Design secure authentication and authorization using:
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
SAML 2.0
Implement integrations with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Guide teams on:
JWT validation
Managed identities
RBAC & Conditional Access
Secure API authorization
☁️ Azure Cloud Security
Secure workloads across App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and VMs
Architect secure network configurations (NSGs, private endpoints, firewalls)
Implement Azure Key Vault for secrets management
Use Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Log Analytics, and Sentinel
Ensure continuous monitoring and compliance
🎓 Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
CISSP – Required
CCSP – Preferred
Azure Certifications:
AZ-104 (Required)
AZ-500, AZ-700, AZ-140 (Preferred)
🧠 Required Experience
10+ years in cybersecurity architecture and engineering
Strong experience with threat modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool, IriusRisk, securiCAD)
Experience designing and implementing application security controls
Hands-on experience with security tools such as:
Fortify, Burp Suite, Qualys
Wiz, CrowdStrike, Defect Dojo
Experience collaborating across architecture, development, and testing phases
⚙️ Core Skills
Deep knowledge of cloud and data center security architectures (Azure focus)
