🚨 Hiring: Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst 📍 Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite – Local Candidates Preferred) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support enterprise security architecture, threat detection, and risk management initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to lead investigations, improve security posture, and support compliance efforts. 🔐 Security Architecture & Engineering Design and implement secure architectures across applications, networks, and cloud environments Administer and optimize cybersecurity tools including SIEM, EDR, and Firewalls Develop security baselines, hardening guides, and configuration standards Lead threat modeling and security design reviews 🛡 Threat Detection & Incident Response Build and tune detection rules, alerts, and automated response playbooks Conduct proactive threat hunting and hypothesis-driven investigations Analyze telemetry from SIEM, EDR, network, and cloud logs Lead incident response efforts including containment, remediation, and recovery Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions ⚠ Vulnerability & Risk Management Oversee vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows Conduct risk assessments for systems, vendors, and new technologies Perform ad-hoc exposure assessments based on threat intelligence Partner with IT teams to reduce attack surface 📋 Governance, Compliance & Policy Promote adherence to security standards and best practices Support PCI-DSS compliance and audit evidence gathering Assist with regulatory compliance efforts (including TSA-related requirements) Execute remediation plans from audit findings 🧠 Knowledge & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows systems 2–4+ years progressive experience in information security 7–10 years overall relevant IT experience (degree preferred; equivalent experience considered) Certifications highly preferred: CISSP, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who thrives in a hands-on, onsite enterprise environment and is open to a contract-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN.
