Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst. This is a hands-on analytics role focused on working directly with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and reporting needs, and building reliable datasets and Power BI dashboards used by senior leadership for decision-making. You’ll partner closely with data engineering to source, validate, and model data, and ensure dashboards are consistent, scalable, and trusted across the business. Description • Work with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and reporting needs • Translate requirements into analytical datasets, models, and Power BI dashboards • Source, clean, validate, and integrate data from multiple systems • Partner with data engineering on data pipelines and ETL • Ensure data quality, consistency, and clear metric definitions • Deliver analysis and insights to support business decisions • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders What we’re looking for • 5+ years of experience in data or business analytics • Strong SQL and Power BI • Working knowledge of Python and strong Excel • Good communication and strong English • Ability to work independently with the business • Detail-oriented, sharp, and open to learning Location & hours: Onsite.
