Data Engineer

We're hiring Data Engineers and Data Analysts who are passionate about building scalable solutions at OpenGov Inc. What we're looking for: * Strong hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt, Redshift, or Snowflake * Solid understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and analytics workflows * Ability to think beyond dashboards and contribute to data platform design * Practical experience or strong curiosity in effectively using AI in data workflows What you'll work on: * Building end-to-end data pipelines * Designing data lineage and governance frameworks * Creating a semantic layer for analytics at scale * Leveraging LLMs and RAG to enable Text-to-SQL and smarter data access * Solving real-world data problems that directly impact product experience We foster a team-first environment, believing that great products are built faster through close collaboration.
