Possible work locations for this role include Naperville and Chicago in Illinois, as well as Battle Creek in Michigan. Candidates must possess a strong background in data engineering with a specific focus on Snowflake and Power BI technologies. You will be responsible for managing large-scale datasets and implementing ETL processes that drive business intelligence. Since this is a local-only role, candidates should be based near or willing to commute to the specified locations in Illinois or Michigan. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your technical expertise in SQL and data modeling to solve real-world ECommerce challenges. Job Requirements: • Proven experience working as a Data Engineer specifically within the ECommerce industry. • Extensive technical proficiency with Snowflake data warehousing. • Strong experience in data visualization and reporting using Power BI. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL for complex data queries. • Ability to work locally in Naperville, Chicago, or Battle Creek (Only Local candidates). • Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient ETL pipelines. • Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage large datasets. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
