Data QA Engineer

We’re Hiring | Data QA Engineer (Contract | Accion Labs) Accion Labs is looking for an experienced Data QA Engineer to join our team for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, ETL validation, and data pipeline testing, with flexibility to overlap with US business hours. Role: Data QA Engineer Experience: 5–8 Years Contract Duration: 6 Months Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (flexibility required; up to 4 hours overlap with US hours) Key Responsibilities: Validate and test cloud-based data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrations Test and monitor AWS Glue jobs to ensure smooth execution of data ingestion and transformations Validate data accuracy and integrity using AWS Athena queries across multiple datasets Perform Databricks testing, including validation of notebooks and jobs across bronze, silver, and gold layers Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across end-to-end data workflows Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to identify and resolve data issues Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, and large-scale data processing systems Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, AWS Athena, and Databricks Solid understanding of data validation, ETL testing, and data quality frameworks Experience testing data pipelines in distributed and cloud environments Good-to-Have Skills: Working knowledge of integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, Workato, or similar platforms [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume for further discussion. #AccionLabs #DataQA #DataQuality #AWSGlue #Athena #Databricks #ETLTesting #CloudData #ContractJobs #ITJobsIndia #QAHiring
