Data Scientist

Seeking a Data Scientist for an Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) project with a Prime Contractor focused on leader and organizational development. This contracting opportunity involves supporting a U.S. Air Force organizational assessment for approximately 300 personnel. This role is not focused on dashboard work. We are looking for someone who can: - Build and analyze social network graphs - Run multivariate regression and advanced statistical models - Apply machine learning to identify influence clusters and communication patterns - Translate complex outputs into executive-level insights Required experience includes: - Proficiency in R and Python (NetworkX, igraph) or similar proficiencies - Regression modeling, clustering, and machine learning frameworks Engagement structure includes: - Project-based work with an initial base year and option years - Potential for a long-term strategic partnership - Arkansas-based project with remote analytics and onsite executive briefs Experience in a defense or mission-driven environment is preferred.
