Key Responsibilities: ✔ Analyze business needs & translate into database requirements ✔ Manage & optimize databases (performance, backup, recovery) ✔ Develop dashboards, reports & data analytics ✔ Support data integration & ensure data quality/security Requirements: • Bachelor’s in CS, Information Systems, or related field • 10 years in database analysis / data management • Experience with SQL, reporting & data analytics tools ⭐ Preferred: • Experience with DoD/Navy programs • Business Intelligence / BO tools experience • Advanced experience in database & analytics
