🚀 HIRING – DATABRICKS ARCHITECT / DEVELOPER (AZURE / BIG DATA) 💰 Bill Rate: $60-65/hour 📍 Location: Louisville, KY 📅 Duration:Long-term 🔹 Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled Databricks Architect / Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apache Spark, cloud data platforms, and big data architectures. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing performance, and driving data engineering best practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Architect and develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks & Apache Spark • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts & business stakeholders • Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability & cost efficiency • Implement data governance, security & compliance standards • Troubleshoot complex issues related to data ingestion, transformation & storage • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews & architecture decisions • Develop and maintain technical documentation & operational procedures • Drive automation strategies and platform enhancements 🔹 Required Skills: ✔ 8–10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Big Data ✔ Strong expertise in Databricks & Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala / SQL) ✔ Proficiency in Python / Scala / Java ✔ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) ✔ Experience with Delta Lake & data warehousing concepts ✔ Strong understanding of distributed computing & performance tuning ✔ Experience with CI/CD tools & DevOps practices ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills 🔹 Preferred Skills: ✔ Experience with Iceberg table implementation ✔ Knowledge of Databricks Automation Bundles & DQX framework ✔ Exposure to GenAI use cases in data engineering ✔ Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures 📩 Interested candidates or vendors, please share resumes at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Please mention the job title, location, and visa status while applying.
