Job Description: DataStage Developer – FRAML POD ( Data Warehousing) Location: Remote opportunity Experience 7+ years Budget up to 28 LPA Notice period Looking for: immediate joining and 15 days Notice period Role Overview We are looking for a skilled DataStage Developer to work within a FRAML (Financial Crime & Anti‑Money Laundering) POD, supporting enterprise Data Warehousing initiatives. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting ETL workflows using IBM DataStage, with strong emphasis on SQL, UNIX scripting, and batch processing in a regulated finance environment. MANDATORY SKILLS :#DataWarehouse, #SQL Key skillset & expectations: > Datastage Development or similar ( must have) > SQL queries ( must have) >UNIX Shell scripting knowledge ( must have) >Autosys job scheduling or any other job scheduling ( desired to have) >Scripting knowledge in Python or similar (desired to have) >#Financebackground ( a definite plus) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage (or similar ETL tools) to support FRAML data pipelines. Develop and optimize #SQLqueries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting. Implement and support Data Warehouse solutions, including source‑to‑target mappings and transformation logic. Perform end‑to‑end ETL development, unit testing, and production support activities. Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts for ETL automation, workflow control, and monitoring. Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs using AutoSys or other enterprise job schedulers. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and FRAML stakeholders to understand functional and regulatory requirements. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all ETL processes. Provide support for production issues, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
