DayForce Implementation Account Executive

Magnisol North America is growing and we are urgently looking to bring on a full-time DayForce Implementation Account Excutive! The ideal candidate would be centered with our Magnisol Canada practice, while being able to spearhead the new client engagements for North America, South America, and Canada. You will manage the strategic relationship with Dayforce Executives, put PAD’s and AE’s together with the Associate Partner of Dayforce service, Magnisol, lead generation in Canada for the Magnisol Brand. Define the scope of realized opportunities and executing the contracting phase (MSA, SOW) to signature. • The role of an AE is to ensure that prospective clients and partners receive the highest level of service and attention, and to work closely with the prospective clients to understand their needs and expectations. • Generating new client business and developing existing client relationships for our Dayforce implementation services under the Magnisol Canada brand. • Resolve client concerns and requests efficiently during contracting. • Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets. • Build new client relationships through calls, networking, email campaigns, and word of mouth. • Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary, during contracting. • Create business proposals for clients and management. • Negotiate new business contracts with clients. • Offer product and service consultations for clients. • Encourage sales among current and new clients. FOCUS AREAS: Effectively develop opportunities through contracts to sell implementation services of Dayforce, leveraging and applying extensive business, functional, and technical expertise; always being professional and supplying superior customer service. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: The following items are required as a minimum to fulfil this position: • Must have at least 10 years' experience selling and managing client and partner relationships and 15 years' experience in software enterprise sales. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios and propose effective solutions. • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and convey information effectively to contracting. • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects/opportunities concurrently and meet deadlines, is essential. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The following items are desired as part of the requirements of this position: • Bachelor's degree in business field or equivalent business experience or any combination of education and/or experience evaluated as the equivalent to a bachelor's degree will be accepted. • Understanding of proprietary methodologies (HCM SaaS-based systems) etc. • Ability to travel upon request (25 - 50% is anticipated).
