Design Manager

Looking for 2 Design Managers for CSA Tim. Ideally we want them coming from a Civil & Structures background as we handle the foundations & concrete slab design in-house. We like to manage the process opposed to sub-contracting it out. Many M/Contracting Design Mgrs may not have been exposed to this.
