Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user systems, hardware, and software. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, configuring systems, managing user accounts, and resolving network-related problems (VPN, printers, connectivity).
