How Our System Works (Step by Step): Step 1: Project Win TechJeem wins a project from a client. Step 2: Developer Selection A contracted developer is selected based on skills and availability. Step 3: Deliverables Assignment Each project is broken into small deliverables, and the developer works on those deliverables one by one. Step 4: Flexible Work i. The developer can: ii. Work anytime iii. Work from anywhere iv. No fixed working hours ➡️ Only one rule: Deliver quality work on time. Step 5: Deliverable Submission & Payment The developer completes the assigned deliverable and submits it before the deadline. Payment is released after each completed deliverable. Step 6: Payment Transparency Client pays TechJeem in milestones TechJeem pays the developer per deliverable Payments are not delayed until full project completion This ensures transparency, security, and trust from the very start. Step 7: Project Completion Bonus After the full project is completed: A bonus is paid Bonus depends on: i. Work quality ii. Communication iii. Cooperation iv.
