DevOps/Platform Engineer

🚨 ***Contract Job Alert*** 📢 Seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer x2 - 1 year contract with possibility of extensions - 2-3 days in London - Inside IR35 Please note: Must have 5 years unbroken UK residency. Candidates with existing and transferrable SC are preferred. Skills and experience required ·      Strong hands-on experience with AWS administration and cloud operations. ·      Solid experience managing and supporting VMware environments. ·      Proficiency with Terraform and IaC practices for building and maintaining infrastructure. ·      Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation. ·      Knowledge of working with Artifactory for artefact repository management. ·      Proficient with GitHub for source control and CI/CD workflows. ·      Demonstrated experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes administration. ·      Understanding of GitOps methodologies with experience using ArgoCD. ·      Strong automation skills across RHEL 9 and Windows environments. ·      Scripting proficiency with Ansible, PowerShell and Bash ·      Experience automating application installation and configuration deployments. ·      Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities. ·      Understanding of networking in data centres, VMware environments, and AWS.
