Position: Senior ManagerFunction: Digital MarketingExperience: 6 - 10 Years# Experience with Drip Marketing is a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Marketing Specialist will own performance marketing, SEO, social media, websitemanagement and content, while coordinating with creative and digital agencies to driveleads, brand visibility and marketing efficiency for Nambiar Builders.β’ Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Metaand other paid channels to deliver qualified leads and achieve target CPLs/CPSVs.β’ -Manage SEO (on-page, off-page and technical) including keyword research, site audits,content optimisation and link-building to grow organic traffic and rankings.β’ Handle end-to-end social media management: content calendars, posting, communityengagement, and paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram,YouTube, etc.)β’ Oversee website management in coordination with internal teams/agency: updates,landing page creation, UX checks, tracking implementation and ensuring a seamlesslead journey.β’ Collaborate with creative agencies for campaign concepts, briefs, creatives, videos andcollateral; review outputs to ensure brand consistency and performance focus.β’ Coordinate with digital/media agencies for planning, execution and optimisation ofpaid media campaigns; monitor budgets, bids and performance reports.β’ Identify, evaluate and pilot new-age digital platforms, martech tools and ad formats(automation, CRM integrations, marketing automation, lead management, etc.) toimprove efficiency and conversion.β’ Track and report performance of all digital channels (paid, organic, social, website)with clear dashboards, insights and optimisation recommendations.β’ Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and competitor activitiesto proactively suggest new growth opportunities.β’ 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure toperformance campaigns, SEO, social media and website management.β’ Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance platformswith clear results on lead generation and ROI.Qualification & Skillsβ’ Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.β’ Real estate experience will be preferred, especially in driving digital leads for propertyprojects, luxury developments or residential/commercial sales.β’ Self-driven digital marketer with ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a strongbias for experimentation and continuous improvement.β’ Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) andwebsite analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, tag managers, heatmaps, etc.).β’ Proficiency with social media management and listening tools, and basic knowledge ofmarketing automation/CRM platforms.β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copyw
