Digital Marketing Specialist β Paid Media & Growth (Game Changer Wanted!)
Weβre looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist to take our Mobility Equipment businesses to the next level.
This isnβt just another marketing role β we need someone who can deliver transformational growth (x30!), create breakthrough campaigns and turn paid channels into powerful lead generation machines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Lead Paid Media Strategy: Take ownership of planning, executing and scaling high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, P Max), Meta Ads and other social platforms.
Drive Aggressive Growth: Build and optimize campaigns to achieve exponential gains in leads, conversions and revenue β not just incremental improvements.
Optimize the Funnel: Design and manage full-funnel journeys (awareness β consideration β conversion β retargeting) that consistently deliver profitable ROAS and CPL targets.
Develop Stand-Out Creatives: Work with our content and design teams to deliver scroll-stopping ads, compelling copy and video content that converts.
Make Data Your Compass: Use GA4, Ads Manager and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify insights and make rapid optimizations.
Boost CRO: Collaborate with designers to create, test and refine landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
Own the Budget: Manage media spend with precision, scaling successful campaigns and cutting wasted spend quickly.
Stay Ahead: Carry out competitor and market research to identify opportunities and keep us at the forefront of industry trends.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience)
Proven Growth Driver: 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling results through Google Ads and Paid Social (experience in e-commerce, healthcare or mobility equipment is a strong advantage).
Performance-Focused: You understand CPL, CAC, ROAS inside out and consistently hit ambitious targets.
Strategic & Hands-On: Able to shape high-level growth strategies and dive into the detail of campaign setup, testing and reporting.
Creatively Minded: Know what works on each platform and can confidently brief production teams to deliver assets that perform or create them yourself.
Technically Skilled: Proficient with GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity and conversion tracking setups.
Experiment-Driven: Growth mindset with the ability to test, pivot and scale quickly.
Strong Communicator: Clear, persuasive and confident when presenting strategies, insights and results.
