Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring at Mindful Career! I’m looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist / Hands-On Growth Marketer to help us scale our digital marketing engine across Canada and the U.S. This is not a coordinator role and not a strategy-only role. I’m looking for someone senior, highly experienced, and very hands-on. Someone who can think strategically, but also execute directly. The role includes: ✔️ SEO from A to Z, including content, on-page SEO, local SEO/GMB, technical SEO coordination, internal linking, and link building ✔️ SEO content writing for blogs, landing pages, service pages, city pages, and campaign content ✔️ Organic social media across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn ✔️ Paid social campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads ✔️ Google Ads/SEM collaboration with our existing consultant ✔️ Podcasting and thought leadership content repurposing ✔️ Pre-acquisition email campaigns, especially for B2B outreach ✔️ Working with analytics to improve lead quality, booked calls, CAC, and revenue contribution We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing/growth marketing experience, strong writing skills, strong SEO experience, and the ability to execute independently. Details: - Remote - Contract / part-time to start - 15 to 20 hours per week - $70 to $90/hour CAD, depending on experience
