Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and technical specifications
Own and prioritize product backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (planning β development β release β optimization)
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders
Drive digital user experience through research, A/B testing, and analytics
Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory alignment (BFSI domain)
Monitor product performance using KPIs, dashboards, and data insights
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication effectively
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the product team
Required Skills
Strong experience in Technical Product Management
Domain expertise in Personal Insurance, Sales, Billing, and Payments
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and monitoring tools
Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, data models, analytics)
Strong Agile/Scrum experience (user stories, backlog, sprint planning)
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
