🚀 Immediate Contract Opportunity | Dynamics 365 Developer (Technical Lead) Position: Dynamics 365 Developer (Technical Lead) 📍 Location: Harrisburg, PA (Remote) 🕒 Duration: Contract – 1+ Years 🔍 Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead with 7 years of experience to support and enhance an enterprise Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires a strong hands-on developer who can independently lead solution design, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical delivery. The selected contractor will work full-time with the team, contributing to modernization initiatives, cloud readiness, reporting enhancements, and new feature development using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Serve as a hands-on developer and technical lead, owning solutions from design through deployment Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, FetchXML, SSRS RDL, and model-driven apps Lead modernization efforts including On-Prem to Cloud transitions and solution restructuring Migrate or redesign reports using FetchXML RDL, Power BI, or Paginated Reports Provide architectural guidance on integrations, extensions, and performance optimization Implement integrations using Dataverse APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or approved patterns Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to development standards Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to deliver technical solutions Mentor team members and provide expert-level troubleshooting support ✅ Required Qualifications 7- years of hands-on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development experience Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions as a senior developer or technical lead Expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, FetchXML, SSRS RDL, and Dynamics 365 customization Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 cloud architecture and Dataverse Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM and deployments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynamics CRM on-prem and cloud migrations Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integration patterns Knowledge of Dataverse Web API, OData, or REST integrations 📩 Interested candidates: Please apply or send your updated resume to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
