Dynamics 365 Solutions lead/ Architect Location – Atlanta, GA – 3 days in office Type: Full-Time   1) Onsite (Atlanta) – Dynamics 365 Contact Center/Customer Service lead to partner with a non-technical Product Owner, work the backlog, and own day-to-day platform support.   Scope of work: Enhance, maintain, configure, and fully support the Dynamics 365 platform. Strong hands-on experience Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS) Work is primarily configuration + lightweight development (e.g., queues/routing rules/skills/workstreams/agent experiences; automation via Power Platform where needed).
