Resume / CV Must clearly show verified proof of at least 3 years of interpreting experience. 📝 2. Third-Party Language Proficiency & Interpretation Assessment Accepted assessments include: ALTA Interpretation Assessment LanguageStat’s MIPQ – Medical Interpreter Position Qualification Any equivalent industry-recognized evaluation 📘 3. Signed Code of Conduct Must be submitted annually. 🪪 4. Photo Holding a Valid Government-Issued Photo ID A clear picture of yourself holding your ID for identity verification. 📚 5. Annual HIPAA & FWA Compliance Training Certificate Required before taking any medical or healthcare assignments. 🔍 6. OIG & SAM Exclusion Checks Must be completed upon onboarding and every month thereafter. 🎓 7. Medical Interpreter Training Certificate Must include at least 40 hours of medical interpreter training with medical terminology. 🤟 8.
