We’re Hiring: Japanese Interpreter 📍 Location: Sricity 🔎 Key Responsibilities 🗣 Interpretation Provide consecutive/simultaneous interpretation during meetings, trainings, and shop floor interactions Support foreign delegates and technical experts in day-to-day communication Assist during audits, quality reviews, budget meetings, and customer/supplier visits 📄 Translation Translate technical manuals, SOPs, quality reports, process documents, HR materials, and emails Ensure accuracy, context, and confidentiality in all translations 🤝 Coordination & Cultural Support Bridge cultural and communication gaps between Japanese and local teams Coordinate across departments to ensure clear and effective messaging Support bilingual events, meetings, and training programs 🗂 Documentation & Record-Keeping Maintain logs of translated documents Prepare bilingual meeting minutes Archive translated materials systematically ✅ Skills & Competencies Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above), along with strong English and local language skills Knowledge of automobile/manufacturing terminology Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Cultural sensitivity and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred: Experience with Japanese OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers Understanding of production systems such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM If you are detail-oriented, culturally adaptable, and ready to play a key role in international collaboration, we’d love to connect! 📩 Interested candidates can share their profile to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Hiring #JapaneseInterpreter #SricityJobs #ManufacturingCareers #AutomobileIndustry #JLPTN2 #CareerOpportunity
