Resume / CV Must include verified proof of at least 3 years of interpreting experience. 📝 2. Third-Party Language & Interpretation Assessment Acceptable assessments include (but are not limited to): ALTA – Interpretation Assessment LanguageStat – MIPQ (Medical Interpreter Position Qualification) Equivalent industry-recognized evaluations 📘 3. Signed Code of Conduct Must be signed annually. 🪪 4. Photo Holding a Valid Government-Issued ID Clear photo of you holding your ID to verify identity. 📚 5. Annual HIPAA & FWA Compliance Training Certificate Required for all interpreters working in medical or healthcare settings. 🔍 6. OIG & SAM Exclusion Checks Must be completed at onboarding and monthly thereafter. 🎓 7. Medical Interpreter Training Certificate Minimum 40-hour medical interpreter training, including medical terminology. 🤟 8.
