If you have a strong interest in Korean entertainment, culture, and global fan engagement — this is your opportunity to gain experience and build your portfolio with an emerging Sri Lanka–Korea focused digital media platform 🇱🇰🇰🇷 🔹 Role Responsibilities: • Translate content accurately between English and Korean for articles, interviews, news updates, and media features. • Ensure translations maintain the original meaning, tone, and cultural context. • Assist in translating subtitles, captions, and short media content when required. • Proofread and review translated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality while meeting agreed deadlines. 🔹 Requirements: • Proficiency in English and Korean language translation. (Better for above Topik level II) • Previous experience in translation or language-related work (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong research and fact-checking skills. • Interest in K-POP, K-Drama, Korean culture, or entertainment media (Mandatory). • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. • Demonstrated ability to manage personal commitments alongside volunteer responsibilities with professionalism. • Excellent written communication and attention to detail. • Good understanding of Korean culture and entertainment industry is highly desirable. 📍 Eligibility: This position is mainly intended for Korean culture enthusiasts based in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.
